I have been working in different fields of education for over a decade as an English as a Foreign/Second Language Educator, an English for Academic Purposes Educator and a Teaching Fellow at the University of Bath’s Department of Education and Skills Centre, and a Training Specialist at Western Union. I hold a PhD in Education, an MA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and a BA in English Philology (with a history minor). In my current role as a Senior Training Specialist I design instructional materials and e-learning courses, and deliver Western Union employee trainings. I am a keen learner and I really enjoy conducting research and reading others’ works on teacher beliefs, decision-making and reflective practices.
