Christian has managed several projects on enhancing creativity in relation to product and service development, organizational development, personal development, school, and educational programs as well as in many other settings. Christian has been teaching creativity to thousands of practitioners from both public and private organizations in the USA, Europe, Africa, China, and Australia. He also teaches creativity on a Master of Science in Innovation Management in Beijing, as well as on the Master level Creative Genius Programs.

He is co-inventor and co-author of The Creative Platform, Embodied Creativity Training, 3D Didactic, and the Creative Genius programs. His papers and books focus on the science and practice of enhancing creativity including the creative process, creative teaching, creative techniques, and deliberate practice of creativity.

Christian is also a visiting professor at Vilnius University Business School
