Tech education enthusiast with experience of working within tech community in order to improve education in Lithuania. I have been developing education programs with a project-based approach to executive education, managing dynamic teams of engineers, creating promotion campaigns, carrying out studies and building relations among business sector and education. At the moment I provide advices to individuals regarding their professional lives and careers as well as maintain the Academy framework for learning and development strategy and ensure that my leading courses stay on the cutting edge of tech education.
