Jūratė Stanišauskienė is the Vice President of Operations and a Managing Director for Western Union's Lithuanian site. She is responsible for overall site governance and strategy as well as global agent and payment services operations. Prior to joining Western Union, Jurate served in various leadership roles in global landscapes for some of the worlds' most recognizable brands, such as UPS and Amazon. She also holds multiple master's degrees and is a certified board member. As a leader, she is passionate about developing people at every level of the organization, empowering them to innovate and find new and better ways to serve those around her. Jurate strongly believes in business and education sector partnership to drive societal progress by fueling innovative ideas.
