With 25 years of experience in leading educational institutions, based on the accumulated managerial skills and shared leadership methods, I strive for the National Education Agency, merged of six different institutions, to become a united team with its values, common goals and determination to take initiatives.

As the head of the National Education Agency, I organize the activities of the institution that takes part in implementation of the State pre-school, pre-primary and general education policies, ensures quality of education by providing informational, counselling, qualification improvement, conducts education monitoring and education research, develops the education content.
